1.) Can we book with you if on Norwegian at Harvest Caye? Answer: Unfortunately, no. BUTTS UP works for Central-Belize City, Cruise Ship Dockings. Harvest Caye is located in Southern Belize.

3.) If via Cruise Ship, will we have time for the ATV and Zip line tours as well? Yes, you will have enough time to do all our tours if you want to! Our tour packages are designed with cruise ship passengers in mind. In all the year, we have never caused anyone to miss their ship.
4.) What form of payments do you accept? We accept cash only. All our prices are in US dollars.
5.) How do I find my Tour Guide? It is important that you exit through terminal 1 on Fort Street. We will be waiting for you with your name on a sign. Make sure to bring a print out of your confirmation email with you.
6.) How long does it take to get off the Cruise Ship? All cruise ships anchor in the Belize City harbor. To get to the terminal, you will need to board a smaller boat called a tender. It takes approximately 20 minutes to tender ashore. When you get to shore enter terminal 1 and walk straight through the exit doors on the opposite end.
7.) Not Arriving by Cruise ship? You are more than welcome to book with us! We offer complimentary pick-up service from Belize City hotels, the municipal airport, water taxi terminals and bus terminals. Please specify the name and address of your hotel when WhatsApp us and call at least 1 day in advance to re-confirm.
8.) TRANSPORT, EQUIP. & LUNCH: 1.) Transportation: To and from the Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve in one of our air-conditioned coach buses 2.) TUBE has handles and headrest. 3.) LUNCH: Delicious Belizean Tamale served at our Jungle Palapa!
9. ARE PRIVATE TOURS POSSIBLE? If you desire, you can book a private transportation upgrade. Prices range: +$20 per person (Groups of 10 or more) +$25 per person for smaller Groups with a minimum of 5 persons.
10.) How much time is required for each tour? 4.5 hours for Cave Tubing alone and 5.5 hours for combo tours.
11. Walk me through the day: Cave Tubing Tours typically take around 4 hours. 1.) Includes 2 hours total Air-conditioned bus commute to and from the Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve. 2.) At the Reserve, you'll embark on a 20-minute hike through the Belize Rain Forest and a couple of dry caves before reaching the first cave, where the underground Caves Branch river flows. This is where the real adventure begins! 3.) You'll receive assistance getting into your inner tube for an amazing 1.5-hour journey through the River caves. 4.) Following your tour or tours, you return to our Jungle Palapa for Lunch then: 5.) Your commute back to your tandem to board your ship. (1 hour)
12.) WHAT TO BRING & WEAR: •Towel •Change of Clothes •Mosquito Repellent •Sun Protection •Cash •Waterproof Camera A water proof camera may also come in handy as you will have many opportunities to take great pictures of this fun and memorable cave tubing tour. What to Wear •Swimwear or comfortable lightweight clothing that can get wet. •Sneakers that you don't mind getting wet or water shoes. Water shoes are available for rent at the park.
13.) How cold is the water? Above 70 degrees Fahrenheit. "Refreshing" since air temperature is usually well above 80 degrees.
14.) Can my 6-year-old go on the cave tubing adventure? As long as your child is 40 inches in height or above, they can go cave tubing. Park officials will not allow entrance to anyone who does not meet this requirement.
15.) Can my 14 year-old ride the ATV on his own? Certainly! If you believe your child can handle an ATV and you want them to give it a try, then it's ok with us.
16.) What is your cancellation policy? Please do not cancel, unless your cruise ship has to be rerouted or if there is a delay due to weather (or something else you cannot control). If you do have to cancel for any other reason we ask that you kindly notify us ahead of time. Since we do not require a deposit for bookings, there is no penalty for cancellations.

"Great bunch of guys and gals associated with this company. At no time did I feel uncomfortable. Instructions were great and right on the money! They had someone with a sign waiting on us outside the terminal. The ride was about an hour to the site on an air-conditioned bus. We added the zip line, these were great zip lines!"
